  Anti-Inflammatory Corticosteroids
and Long-acting Bonchodilators Combined

Advair® is a combination of Flovent® (inhaled corticosteroid) and Serevent® (long-acting bronchodilator).

Action
It is taken on a regular basis every 12 hours and the amount taken varies according to the dose of the inhaled corticosteroid (Flovent®).

Dosage
The concentration of Flovent® varies according to the dose of Advair prescribed (Advair® 100, 250 and 500 µg). The dose of the long-acting bronchodilator Serevent® remains unchanged at 50 µg. Never exceed the prescribed dose.

Side Effects
The side effects are the same as for Serevent® and Flovent® taken alone. Rinse your mouth after using Advair®.
